January 27th 2012 Autotest
Second round of the 2012 Autotest championship was the first of our evening events. Brilliant turn out, with a record 24 drivers new and old all signed up on time. With sub-zero temperatures it was looking to be an interesting night to keep the huge crowd entertained!
Murdo Campbell posted the fastest time of the evening with a 1.36.3 on his second run, fellow mx5er Derek wasn't on form posting a 1.47.6 leaving him in 10 position.
We had our first female driver enter tonight, and posted a very good time for her first event, would any more ladies like to challenge Miss Taylor for the Ladies championship?
With team Riddle taking 2nd 5th and 6th the wee Ka is still holding its own.
John Neil and Alex also newbies to Autotesting set some good times with the red Impreza, launching it hard of the line.
